The South American Mouse stumped a lot of us.
The mouse's jump was NOT 6 ft.
Can you figure out what it is supposed to be? First person from your hour to write what it should be and why in the comments gets bragging rights!
And just because. This is me in South America. Yes that is a Llama.

ReplyDeleteI meant 12

ReplyDeleteTo clarify, the vertex is at (6,18). Therefore, the line of symmetry is x=6. Since the mouse started at (0,0) and reaches the apex of it's jump at (6,18), and falls at the same rate it rises, you find the point across the line of symmetry, giving you 12.
ReplyDeleteThank you Kempen

ReplyDeleteIt was supposed to be double 6 because it was the vertex and 6 is half way
